Administration

Settings for administrators: users, roles and permissions, sign-in and single sign-on, modules, the agent and the customer portal.

  1. 1 Settings overview Every page in Settings, who can change what, and where each one is explained.
  2. 2 Users Add your team, change roles, set per-person exceptions, reset passwords and two-factor, link single sign-on, mark break-glass administrators, and deactivate or delete accounts.
  3. 3 Roles and permissions The three roles, the None, View and Manage levels for every area, and how to change what a role or one person can do.
  4. 4 Passwords and two-factor Set who must use two-factor, keep break-glass administrators, and understand how sessions follow your sign-in settings.
  5. 5 Single sign-on Let your team sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, any OpenID Connect provider or SAML 2.0, with domain limits, automatic accounts and roles from groups.
  6. 6 Modules Choose which parts of Tenvara your team uses, and what happens when a module is switched off.
  7. 7 Devices and agent How the Tenvara agent behaves on every device: automatic updates, the check-in interval, remote session consent and which agent modules run.
  8. 8 Customer portal settings Turn the customer portal on or off, name it, share its address and choose whether new contacts get access.
  9. 9 Your profile, security and notifications Your own account settings: your name and how you sign in, your password and two-factor, and what notifications reach you where and when.
